Facecrooks is a great site to go to to find out about the latest Facebook scams going around as well as information on privacy and being safe on Facebook. It is definately worth a look as most the pages we publish on our site are listed as scams on that site so you don’t get caught out.

Since our introduction of the post rating system where you can vote on posts as being “Funny”, “Fail”, “Cool” and more, we have had thousands of people vote on posts.

We will be clearing all these stats every month at the beginning of the month and starting new. We will of course create a new post when we do this highlighting the top 10 posts in each category for the month previous. We also provide the “Top Top 10″ pages for the month which is just the post which had the most votes all together.

Hey Everyone

Well just wanted to do a quick update on the site since we haven’t done one in a long time. Anyway as you may have noticed, this site has grown very quickly and rapidly and we are making a good stand against all these Fan Pages on Facebook. But with popularity comes a downside, and that is Growing Costs.

That’s why we need your support now more than ever. Basically the running cost of this site is almost completely paid by from the ads, but we need to generate roughly $100 per month to keep the site running without cutting into the creators and publishers pockets. If you wish to help us by maybe dropping a few dollars donation, then please use the ChipIn widget in the sidebar and throw us some spare change if you think we deserve it

You can also support us by simply suggesting us to your friends, posting about us on your blogs/websites, linking to us form Facebook and even sharing our Facebook Fan Page with your friends.

For those of you who don’t know what a Bookmarklet is, it is basically a little link you drag into your bookmarks or bookmark toolbar and when you click it on another webpage (in this case an annoying Facebook Fan Page) it will take you to another url (in this case our website with the Bypassed Fan Page)

So today we have made a little Bookmarklet which will allow you to simply click on it when on a facebook fan page that is requiring you to do something to see the results and it will automatically come to this site and if we have already bypassed that fan page you are visiting from then you will automatically be taken to the page, if not then we will take you to the Suggest Page so you can tell us about it

You can find the bookmarklet in the sidebar below our RSS Feed and Twitter links

Now go about your normal Facebook browsing and when you come across one of those pages, just click it and you should find yourself already viewing the content

Well we have now created a Facebook Fan Page which is now up and running and ready for people to join. And don’t worry, this is one fan page you won’t need to get us to bypass

So come and “Like” our page and join in on some conversations or maybe even invite your friends (not mandatory, unlike certain fan pages) and get some support for the site and stand up against those annoying fan pages by never doing one EVER again
