she’s not pregnant with twins. her mother was and some sort of mess up happened in the mother’s womb and one fetus ended up inside the other. it’s a condition called “fetus in fetus” So technically she’s not “pregnant”, her twin is just inside of her…something like that. This could happen to both males and females.
