DID YOU SEE THE 10 STUPID MISTAKES ON INCEPTION?
Facebook Fan Page: DID YOU SEE THE 10 STUPID MISTAKES ON INCEPTION?
1. When the cab gets hit the first time the front grille with the Hyundai logo gets smashed in and disappears. In the second scene the grille reappears and the car has less damage than the scene before. And in the warehouse scene the grille disappears one final time.
2. In the scene with the falling van you see Arthur asleep without the headphones originally placed on his head. Before the van falls in the water they show Arthur again wearing the headphones.
3. In the scene where Yusuf is introduced, a gray cat is seen investigating a large jar behind him. In subsequent shots the cat both disappears and reappears.
4. One car explosion shown twice. First is the shot of the car exploding in a fireball, filling the frame. Minutes later the same car is shown exploding in the same fireball, but as part of a bigger shot from further away, in the bottom half of the frame.
5. Once Saito has been shot during the first level of Robert Fischer JR’s dream, he is placed on a surface whilst Cobb talks to him, Saito has a gape in his shirt which reveals the sticky tape and part of his blood pack on his chest, for his bullet wound.
6. When the white van leaves the warehouse, the door is so narrow that the right mirror on the passenger side of the van hits the door and is pushed back. In the next scene, it is out again.
7. When the helicopter lands after picking up Cobb and Arthur, it is still in Japan. The backdrop where Saito tempts Cobb though, is the Terminal Building at Farnborough Airfield, England, UK.
8. The immigration form Cobb is given in the plane towards the end of the movie is the white I-94 form given to those coming to the US on a visa. US citizens need only fill out a smaller blue customs declaration form.
9. When Cobb and Robert are in the hotel bathroom (2nd level) Cobb kills two men. The very next scene that shows Cobb and Robert in the bathroom the dead men’s bodies have disappeared.
10. When Fischer’s cab is being hijacked, numerous production markings are visible on the street.
Fuck off chut. Its a nice movie.
lame
this is the most retarded shit ive read in a long time. what is this? some kind of competition to see who can get the most “likes” for something on facebook? the only reason anyone “likes” this on facebook is because they want to see what the “mistakes” are. chill your balls!!! its just a movie. get a life and stop obsessing about this garbage. how long did it take you to figure this shit out, huh? i cant believe people have this much time on their hands. i never comment on anything EVER because id rather be doing other things. but this time i couldnt help myself. whoever wrote this, please contribute to the world in some way instead of slowly skimming through movies to try and come up with something that makes you cool. please?
@anonymous it was not a blood pack it is the bandages and dressings of his bullet wound. i thought this at first too but there is no way the editors did not see this.
I have followed all movies this guy has made and he is what you can call ‘out of the box’. He thinks about small things which the viewers might think unnecessary. Its when you watch his films more than ten times, you notice each and every small intended ‘mistake’ throughout the movie, with everytime.
One doubt I have about the end is..
. Then, he gets through the airport of the States.
HOW ?
How in the world did Cobb get to meet his children, and go to the states in the first place?
I mean, sure Saito is all powerful and influential…but we are forgetting that Cobb has just got off the plane, where he performed the inception, ‘in the mind and dreams’. Then we see a dream, which is a continuation of the first few scenes, where Saito is telling Cobb that he shall be free to go and meet his kids now, whereas in real life Saito has no clue about the Inception that has been done yet. Then, Cobb not having received his ‘kick’, ‘wakes up from all the dreams’ and goes to the airport. Everything is surreal and people are looking at him more than ordinarily. But we assume this as an End.
When did Saito even arrange that for him. He wasn’t even properly informed in real life.
So, its kind of obvious but yet brilliantly plot out that its still a dream.
(and i think it could beall Mal’s dream, but thats another story)
fuck offffffffff
Well, its supposed to be an open ending…you havent got it if you think its supposed to be a dream. Christopher Nolan himself says it in the interviews.
Why else would he show the top wobbling a little before he cuts the scene in the end ?
its upto us to decide and come to a conclusion. His movies are always like that. Watch Following. His first movie- zero budget.
stop saying that he is stupid and that is a dream.
that’s a weak excuse.
At least he looks critically.
aand some of these mistakes i do find good.
the director didn’t think: let me make a few mistakes, it is a dream after all.
he just made a mistake, he didn’t do it on purpose.
so you can’t keep saying that it’s a dream.
you guys sound like idiots.
talking like: its a dream, duh,,
thinking you know better
dude… it’s evident that u have too much spare time on ur hands…! instead of this stupid search , atleast dream something it might come true
Whom So Ever has written this article looks ABSOLUTELY JOBLESS…
1.Its a movie totally of a different experience and thought process.
2.It involves a lot of brains and thinking to do this film.
3.Definitely the movie deserves a oscar.
4.U The writer have no brains except to find mistakes ,rather appreciate the good things made in the movie.
5.U have absolutely NO BRAINS…
arre screw it yaar…..kya picture thi…..jus c it hav fun nd forget about it…..many more things in life to discuss about…..
One more mistake ! When you look behind saito in the helicopter , you can see rain through the window . But Leonardo Di caprio isn’t wet , altough he is standing outside the helicopter !
It was a great movie….
Number 5 and number 10 are legit mistakes. The rest could be dreams
lol at trying to defend silly production mistakes. they are indeed mistakes, but who cares. some people are stupid enough to defend anything for the stupidest reasons..
@Anamika…. YOU have less brains than they do obviously. they never said it was a good or bad movie, simply making observations. If it wasn’t a good movie, all of you would be right there with him, actually past him bashing the movie I bet.
totally crap. i dnt knw whatu got against this movie..
He is absolutely right…These are production mistakes BUT all movies if you “really” see them have mistakes. Not a big deal ….@nick
I don’t think the blood pack is a blood pack. It could be gauze with tape to stop bleeding? I’m not sure, but I think I heard Arthur mention “First Aid” when they’re putting Saito on the table.
z
Who cares p.s. you’re a moron
WTF? Heaps of movies use other cities instead of the city the scene is set in, because IT LOOKS BETTER. How is the mistake with the immigration form stupid? Nobody’s gonna notice (unless they’re a complete foolish idiot who has no life and spends their time going through movies to see all the bad things without even looking at the good things and actually enjoying the movie).
These mistakes are common, in all films. All major movies have the editor, director and sometimes someone hired specifically for the job of finding continuity errors in films.
when i woke up from the movie i couldn’t remember what it was about…but i was left with an idea……..a perfect flawless idea that is.
