The dude just wanted to see how funny it would be to see a baby smoke… I agree this is sick and wrong I’ve lost two grandpa’s to smoking related diseases and probably will lose my mother too. It’s not like in the 50′s when it was “cool” the government of the country he’s living is offering the family a life-changing gift for the kid to stop but the parent’s can’t get him to kick the habit.
It was on a Memphis news channel in May so that’s how I know about the offer.

if he was truly 40, he would still have signs of aging. The news doesn’t always give us the whole truth, or the truth at all for that matter, but this isn’t faked.
