The reason why this could never be the case? Apple would never allow a cd/dvd drive, thats why you have to buy their ridiculously expensive computers.

i mean… well obviously this is fake… but still.. i mean… we all know the hype that the new iphones and ipods & macbooks get.. if this was real, we’d obviously hear something about it… and plus i mean… just look at it… it doesn’t even look real…
they probly actually will come out with something similar. ha
this was a mock up made by stuff magazine, some time 3-4 years ago, and yes, it is a macbook nano, not an ipad nano. an ipad nano is called an ipod touch! they made a mock up of a psp phone was well which was really cool.

why the hell would an ipod (made for putting songs into it and made the cd obsolete) need a cd player. i could belive it if it were a mac laptop which many ppl say it is

the CD is under the iPad. im sure they have sum technology that absorbs the image of the cd and rearranges it to iPad format. (insert sarcasm here) THE IPAD IS A WASTE OF $500
it is, in essence, just a slightly larger iPod Touch. Also, the CD is probably just there for size comparison.
