13. Maine, Once you cross the Maine border from New Hampshire, there’s no other state you can go to from there, as NH is the only state that borders ME. If he starts from Maine, though, there’s no definite answer, except that he wouldn’t end up in either Maine or New Hampshire, since ME would be the first state and NH would have to be the second.
Of course, if he’s flying, he could possibly catch a flight from Maine to some other state, but if that was allowed by the conditions of your riddle, there would be no definite answer. And, yes, there are 50 states, so a better way to state this might be, “A man gets a job where he must drive to all 48 contiguous states, but is only allowed to visit each state once.” Still doesn’t solve the problem if he starts out from Maine, though

Those are all right except for number two. It’s not an eyesight problem. It’s darkness. The more darkness you have, the less you see.

@12345
A die: you’ll find the numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6 – one on each side of a die (Eternally I am 1 to 6,)
When the die is on a flat surface, the numbers showing will add up to a number from 15 – 20.
When the die is “resting”, only 5 numbers always showing.
When the die is thrown, all sides are visible and they total 21

Number thirteen… Dude probably ends up in a state of distress thinking of why his boss only allowed him to travel to each state once.
